The Bradley Center Administrative Offices are located at the northeast corner of the building. To visit, please enter through Gate A (Lobby A) at the corner of Fourth Street and Highland Avenue and check-in at our guest releations desk for further instruction.

Alcohol

The Bradley Center takes the responsible service of alchoholic beverages seriously and reserves the right to eliminate service at our descretion. A two-drink per-ID service limit is enforced at all events where alcohol is served.

Animals
-
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in the Bradley Center with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training that qualify as such under the ADA guidelines. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle next to them. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Bradley Center guests or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations are located inside restrooms on the 200 and 400 levels.

Backstage Passes

Access to backstage areas is unavailable to the general public and restricted to authorized personnel only.

Bags
-
Purses and diaper bags are permitted into the Bradley Center but may require reasonable search by a Bradley Center security personnel upon entry. Backpacks, oversized bags, and suitcases are prohibited.

Binoculars
-
The Bradley Center allows the use of binoculars during all events.

Buses
-
The Bradley Center suggests dropping your limo or bus party off in front of the building on Fourth Street between Highland Avenue and State Street near Gates A & B. Buses may park in the surface lot on Highland Avenue and Sixth Street across from the Bradley Center Parking Structure or anywhere on the street where there is metered parking. Standard parking rates apply in correspondence to the amount of space taken up by the bus. For City of Milwaukee Parking information, please visit ParkMilwaukee.com.

Cameras

Any video or professional photography and professional grade cameras are strictly prohibited without authorization in advance of the event. Standard point-and-shoot "pocket" cameras may or may not be prohibited depending upon event restrictions. Children & Tickets

Tickets are generally required for patrons of all ages.
Current Exception: For all team games, any child under 2 years of age sitting on the lap of a parent/guardian is not required to have a ticket.

Concealed Carry
-
The Bradley Center has a "No-Weapons" policy. Guns, knives, and other items that could be used as a weapon are not permitted inside the Center. Bradley Center security personnel maintains the right to prohibit any items they believe may pose a threat to both guests and employees and also those items deemed unsafe for carry inside the building.

The Bradley Center accepts both credit and debit cards from VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at the Ticket Office, Pro-Shop, and most concessions locations.

Designated Driver Program
-
Responsible consumption of alcohol is a priority for the Bradley Center and our home teams. Together, with MillerCoors, we have implemented a successful program to prevent guests from drinking and driving.
To register as a designated driver, one must sign a pledge to neither purchase nor consume alcoholic beverages while at the Center. Eligable designated drivers must be 21 years of age, have an active event ticket, and a valid driver’s license. Drivers will then receive one soft drink coupon valid for the current event or game.
Participants may register at the Guest Services kiosk located on the 200-level concourse outside Section 200.

Donations

For donations, please submit a formal request in writing by email at ContactUs@bcsec.com or mail to Bradley Center 1001 North Fourth Street Milwaukee, WI 53203. Requests MUST include any official documentation to ensure the legitimacy of the organization, cause, or event for which you are submitting the request on behalf of.

Doors Open

Doors typically open one hour prior to the scheduled start time of an event. However, event door times could vary event to event. For specific show details or questions, please call the Bradley Center at (414) 227-0797.

Drinking Fountains
-
Drinking fountains are located outside all restrooms on the 200 and 400 levels and are wheelchair accessible.

Elevators/Escalators
-
Elevators are located in both the Inner East and Inner West Atriums. Both elevators travel to all floors of the building and are staffed with operators during all events. During events, elevators are intended for use by guests with mobility limitations.
The Bradley Center includes 16 escalators located in both the Outer East and Outer West Atriums. Escalators travel to the 200 and 400 levels.

A family (unisex) restroom is located inside the First Aid Station located outside Section 220.

The First Aid Station is located outside Section 220 and staffed with certified emergency medical personnel. A family restroom and an area for nursing mothers are also available at this location.

Non-Profit Fundraising Program

Re-Entry
-
There is no-rentry once a guest enters the center for a ticketed event. Guest wishing to exit the Center to smoke after initial entry must receive an official Bradley Center hand stamp before exiting the building at Gates B & D for access to the designated smoking areas. An authorized hand stamp and valid event ticket is required for rentry through designated entry gates.

Restrooms

Women’s and Men’s restrooms are located at all four corners of the 200 and 400 levels of the building. All 28 restrooms have wheelchair accessible facilities.

The Bradley Center reserves the right to prohibit signs for any reason including content deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests or performers.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted at designated outdoor locations only. Guests may smoke outside Gates B (4th & State) and D (5th & Highland), but prior to exit must have their hand stamped for authorized re-entry into the building with a valid event ticket.
