Ticketing FAQs
-
Does my child need a ticket?
-
- Tickets are generally required for patrons of all ages.
-
Current Exception: For all team games, any child under 2 years of age sitting on the lap of a parent/guardian is not required to have a ticket.
-
What happens if my tickets turn black?
-
All tickets are printed on heat transfer paper. If your tickets have been exposed to high temperatures for an extended period of time, it’s possible they could turn black in color. In this instance, please contact the Bradley Center Ticket Office at (414) 227-0894 for assistance.
-
How does the ticket lottery system work?
-
The Bradley Center Ticket Office and Ticketmaster Outlets use a lottery system for all special event and concert on-sales to better serve the public’s interest in a number of ways:
- 1. Eliminate the need for patrons to “camp out” in advance of the on-sale
- 2. Assure all patrons seeking tickets at the time the event goes on sale an equal opportunity to purchase the best seats
While this system and its process may slightly differ between our ticket office and Ticketmaster Outlets, both channels for purchasing tickets abide by the following standards:
- Patrons wishing the best opportunity for ticket purchases are recommended to be at the place of purchase at least one hour before the designated on-sale time.
- All patrons present one hour before the on-sale will participate in a random lottery to establish their position in line.
- Every patron has an equal chance of being first in line to purchase tickets (and correspondingly last in line).
Contact your preferred Ticketmaster Outlet or the Bradley Center Ticket Office to confirm if the lottery system will be used for a specific location for a specific event on sale.
-
Do you offer third party Will Call?
-
Yes. The Bradley Center allows you to leave tickets at Will Call for pick up by a disclosed third party at no cost.
Those individuals wishing to do so must present a valid photo ID and are required to fill out a registration and liability waiver prior to leaving the tickets at Bradley Center Will Call.
-
Can someone other than the person who placed the ticket order pick up tickets from Will Call?
-
Will Call tickets are left in the name of any individual(s) listed on the Ticketmaster account through which the ticket order was placed.
To place additional names under your Ticketmaster account, please contact Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Or, if you would like to place your tickets currently being held at Bradley Center Will Call under a secondary name, please contact us directly at (414) 227-0894.
-
Is it safe to buy tickets from a ticket broker or scalper?
-
The Bradley Center reminds you that the only way to ensure complete authenticity of your tickets for one of our concerts, special events, or team games is to purchase them through one the following outlets:
- Online at Ticketmaster.com
- By phone through Ticketmaster
- Bradley Center Ticket Office
- Official Ticketmaster Outlets
Please see the above "Where to buy" section for more details on appropriate channels for purchasing your tickets to one of our upcoming events.
