Does my child need a ticket?
Tickets are generally required for patrons of all ages. Current exceptions include the following:
    • No ticket is required for a child under two years of age who is sitting on a parent's lap for Milwaukee Admirals, Milwaukee Bucks or Marquette Golden Eagles games or for figure skating shows.
    • No ticket is required for a child who has not reached his/her first birthday who is sitting on a parent's lap for Sesame Street Live performances.

Please keep in mind the above policies are subject to change -- please contact the Bradley Center or sports team for additional information.

Can I bring food/beverage into the Bradley Center?
Food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic included) are not permitted to be brought into the Bradley Center; an exception is made for patrons with a medical necessity and/or special dietary requirements. Concession stands located throughout the arena will sell various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Wisconsin law prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21. Guests may be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

When do the doors open prior to an event?
The Center gates normally open one hour prior to event time; some special events may open 1 1/2 hours prior to event time. Please call (414) 227-0797 to verify time.

When is my favorite band/artist coming to the Bradley Center?
The Bradley Center can not release any information for an event until the event or the promoter representing the band/artist grants permission. If it is not listed on our event calendar, we do not have information available to the public. Sign up to Get Connected and get Bradley Center event information as soon as it is released!

Can I bring a video or still camera into the Bradley Center?
Still cameras are permitted in the Center for Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Admirals and Marquette Golden Eagles games. In no instance may photography interfere with access ways, seat aisles, or other guests' enjoyment of the event. These policies will vary by league rules and events. Video cameras are not allowed in the arena. Please call a few days in advance of the event to check the policy for special events.

How do I find out about job opportunities at the Bradley Center?

Can I re-enter the Bradley Center during an event?
Generally guests of the Bradley Center may not leave the arena and then re-enter. An unused ticket must be presented to enter the arena.

How can I get good seats for an event?
An "on sale" date is generally announced and posted on our Calendar page under the specific event. Everyone has an equal opportunity to purchase good seats by purchasing a ticket in person at the Bradley Center Ticket Office, at any Ticketmaster outlet, through charge-by-phone in Milwaukee at (414) 276-4545, or on-line with Ticketmaster.com. All tickets come from the pool of tickets.

How do I get tickets for a large group?
For group sales information on special events and Bucks, please call Konni Hibicke at (414) 227-0593.

Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed in the arena, except for service animals with disabled guests or if specified by management.

Are there ATMs inside the Bradley Center?
Automatic teller machines (TYME) are located in Lobby A and on the 200 Level by Section 212. The machines are operated by M&I Bank.

Are there elevators/escalators?
Guests with disabilities, or guests who need special assistance, may use the elevators located in the inner east and inner west lobbies. Escalators are located at each corner of the Bradley Center and will take guests to all levels of the Center.

Do you have a Lost and Found?
Lost and Found may be claimed at the Administration Office located at Lobby A, or call (414) 227-0797 to arrange for pick-up of items.

Can I bring in a purse or backpack? Will my purse/bag be searched?
If you are carrying a purse, carry-all or backpack, you should know that for the safety and security of our fans and players, Bradley Center only allows small personal purse or baby bags into the building. We advise you to leave your backpacks, large packages or other bags either at home or in your car. You should also be aware that all small bags are subject to search before being allowed into the Center.

Some events may involve pat-down searches. Pat-down searches will only be performed by designated security personnel. Fans who refuse to submit to either a visual or pat-down search shall be refused entry and may not be eligible for a refund on their ticket purchase.

Can I smoke in the arena?
The Bradley Center is a smoke-free facility. Fans wishing to smoke during an event are encouraged to check with an usher who will direct them to appropriate locations where they will be allowed to exit and re-enter the facility.
